Sales Demo Tool

Client / Edible

Edible is an online allergy menu builder for restaurants and cafes. When it came to cold outreach, founder Alex noticed that sharing a working demo of a prospect's own menu was far more effective than any description of the product. Show, don't tell — their real menu, already built in the product, sent before the first conversation.

The problem was the process behind it. Building each demo meant manually parsing menu files, reformatting the data, and constructing everything from scratch. One demo could take hours. The approach was working, but the time it required was directly capping how many prospects could be in the pipeline at once.

Codemyriad built a workflow that does the heavy lifting. It ingests a restaurant's existing menu files (like a print menu and allergen spreadsheet), processes the data using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and generates a demo-ready output.

What used to take hours became a review and a send. The sales process didn't change. The ceiling on it did.

Property Rental Reports

Client / Aire Spaces

Aire Spaces manages a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. Each month, client reporting had to be produced by hand: pulling operational data, checking it, formatting it into something presentable, and getting it out to clients — for every property, every month. As the client base grew, so did the reporting workload. More clients meant more hours spent on a manual process that was also becoming harder to keep error-free.

We built a web application that takes existing data and turns it into complete monthly client reports — automatically. No change to how data is collected. No new process to learn. Reports generate from existing data, historical views build themselves over time, and clients receive them as a web page or a downloadable PDF. The monthly manual process is gone. The time it was consuming is back.
